Sử dụng chấp nhận được Policy

Chính sách Sử dụng Chấp nhận được ("AUP") này là một phần của Điều khoản Dịch vụ giữa bạn và Brixial Technologies Pvt Ltd, đơn vị vận hành Uploadex. Chính sách này áp dụng bất cứ khi nào bạn tải lên, chia sẻ, truy cập hoặc tương tác với bất kỳ nội dung nào trên Dịch vụ, dù bạn đã đăng nhập hay chưa. Chính sách được soạn thảo nhằm tuân thủ các nghĩa vụ của một "trung gian" theo Điều 79 của Đạo luật Công nghệ Thông tin Ấn Độ năm 2000 và Quy tắc Công nghệ Thông tin (Hướng dẫn Trung gian và Quy tắc Đạo đức Truyền thông Kỹ thuật số) năm 2021.

1. Prohibited Nội dung

You must not tải lên, share or otherwise make available through the Service any Nội dung that:

• Promotes or facilitates the sale of firearms, controlled drugs, regulated weapons, or other goods whose supply is restricted by law Đến you or the recipient.

• Contains deceptive Nội dung, phishing, fraudulent schemes, pyramid schemes, or scams.

You must not, and must not attempt Đến, use the Service Đến:

• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service, or use it Đến provide a competing service, without a written agreement with us.

We use a combination of auĐếnmated and manual measures Đến keep Uploadex safe. AuĐếnmated Quéts compute a crypĐếngraphic hash of every uploaded tệp and compare it Đến industry hash-lists of known illegal Nội dung and malware. Hash-matching does not require us Đến Mở or read the tệp. We also apply rate-limits, abuse-heuristics and anomaly detection at the network edge.

Outside of these auĐếnmated processes, we do not routinely inspect the Nội dungs of Người dùng tệp. We Tháng 5 review Nội dung when we receive a complaint, an official order, or a specific trust-and-safety alert, and we limit access Đến Tác giảised personnel operating under Nhật ký kiểm traging.

4. Thực thi

If we determine, in our reasonable judgement, that you have violated this AUP, we Tháng 5 take one or more of the folThấping actions:

• ReDi chuyển, disable, quarantine or label the offending Nội dung.

• Suspend your Tài khoản temporarily, or permanently terminate it for serious or repeated violations.

• Refer the matter Đến law enforcement or a competent regulaĐếnr.
• Withhold access Đến the Service Từ Thiết bịs, networks or identifiers associated with the violation.

We aim Đến choose the least intrusive measure reasonably available. Actions are logged and auditable internally.

5. Báo cáo lạm dụng

If you believe Nội dung on Uploadex violates this AUP or is otherwise harmful, please báo cáo it. Clear, specific Báo cáo help us act quickly.

Please include the Uploadex URL, the specific reason for your báo cáo, and any supporting Thông tinrmation we can use Đến evaluate it.

6. Khiếu nại

If we reDi chuyển Nội dung or restrict your Tài khoản and you believe it was in Lỗi, you Tháng 5 appeal by emailing [email protected] within 30 days. We aim Đến review appeals within 10 business days. Where the removal was made under our DMCA procedure, the counter-notice process applies instead and is described on our DMCA page.

7. Changes Đến this policy

We Tháng 5 cập nhật this AUP as threats, laws and the Service evolve. When we make a material change we will revise the "Cập nhật lần cuối" ngày above and, for material changes, notify đang hoạt động Tài khoảns at least 14 days before it takes effect.
