Uploadex respects intellectual property rights. If a file on our service infringes your copyright, submit a notice below — we triage every report and take valid infringing content offline fast.
We remove confirmed infringing content within 48 business hours of a valid notice.
Most notices are actioned the same business day they are received.
Accounts with repeated valid notices are terminated per § 512(i).

DMCA FAQ
I don't live in the US. Can I still file a notice?
Yes. While the DMCA is US law, we accept notices from rightsholders worldwide and action them against content hosted on our platform. For EU rightsholders, notices under Article 17 of the DSM Directive are equally accepted.
Do I need a lawyer?
No, though you may want one to advise on whether your claim is valid. Filing a false notice in bad faith can expose you to damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
How do you verify I own the copyright?
We rely on your sworn statement. We may ask for a registration number or proof of authorship if a counter-notice is filed.
Will my contact info be shared with the uploader?
Yes — the DMCA requires we forward your notice (including your name and address) to the uploader. They need this information if they choose to file a counter-notice or pursue legal action.
What's the difference between DMCA and a trademark complaint?
DMCA covers copyright. For trademark, counterfeit, or impersonation complaints, email [email protected] instead.
What is your repeat-infringer policy?
Accounts that receive three valid, non-countered DMCA notices within a 12-month window are terminated and blocked from creating new accounts.
