Shipping & Delivery Policy

Short version: Uploadex is a fully digital service. There is no physical shipping. Your subscription and all features are activated instantly after a successful payment.

Digital Delivery

Uploadex provides digital services only — file storage, sharing, and related features accessible via your web browser or our API. No physical goods are shipped at any time.

Delivery Timeline

Access to your purchased plan is granted instantly upon payment confirmation. You will receive:

  • An email receipt from Uploadex within a few minutes of payment.
  • Immediate activation of your new plan features in your account.
  • A subscription confirmation in your Billing settings page.

Delivery Failures

In rare cases, plan activation may be delayed due to payment verification or a technical issue. If your account is not upgraded within 15 minutes of a successful payment:

  • Check the Billing page in your dashboard for your current plan status.
  • Contact us at [email protected] with your payment order ID.

We will investigate and manually activate your plan or issue a full refund if activation cannot be completed.

No Physical Shipping

Uploadex does not sell or ship any physical products. All subscriptions, upgrades, and add-ons are delivered digitally. There are no shipping fees, handling fees, or delivery lead times associated with any purchase.

Service Regions

Uploadex is available globally. However, certain payment methods may be restricted based on your location. We currently process payments through Razorpay and support customers primarily in India. International users may encounter limited payment options.
